All disciplinary actions are handled by the Lost Souls Haven staff team, which collectively reviews and oversees bans, warnings, and punishments. This ensures fairness and consistency in all decision-making.

Final Decisions

Once a disciplinary decision is made, it is considered final. Repeated appeals or attempts to overturn a decision without new evidence may result in further disciplinary action.

Confidentiality

All disciplinary information is considered strictly confidential. Details of any actions taken will only be shared between staff and the involved player(s). Public discussion or speculation about bans or punishments is not permitted.
