# Bans and Disciplinary Action

#### Server Access is a Privilege

**Lost Souls Haven reserves the right** to revoke any player’s access to the server **at any time, for any reason**, at staff discretion. Access to the server is a **privilege, not a right**.

#### Staff Oversight

All disciplinary actions are handled by the **Lost Souls Haven staff team**, which collectively reviews and oversees bans, warnings, and punishments. This ensures **fairness and consistency** in all decision-making.

#### Final Decisions

Once a disciplinary decision is made, it is considered **final**. Repeated appeals or attempts to overturn a decision **without new evidence** may result in further disciplinary action.

#### Confidentiality

All disciplinary information is considered **strictly confidential**. Details of any actions taken will only be shared between **staff and the involved player(s)**. Public discussion or speculation about bans or punishments is **not permitted**.
