# Group Size Limits – The Rule of 5

#### Criminal Groups

A **maximum of 5 members per gang/family** may **participate in any one scene, event, or robbery**. Gangs or families may **meet in groups larger than 5** for **planned meetings**, but:

* They must **not wander the map together**
* They must **not engage in active RP scenes exceeding 5 members**

Any player who exceeds the 5-player limit during a scene **must leave the area and excuse themselves** from participation.

#### Law Enforcement

A **maximum of 5 armed law enforcement officers** may participate in any given scene.

Law enforcement may gather in larger groups for:

* **Planned meetings**
* **High-profile county events** (e.g., town halls, large manhunts with approval)

However, they **must not patrol the county or engage in active scenes** in groups larger than 5.

Any player exceeding this limit **must withdraw from the scene immediately**.
