# Our Community

#### Server Language & Age Requirement

**English only** is to be used in voice and text chat. You must be **18 years of age or older** to join and participate in the community.

#### Zero Tolerance Policy

**No drama, bullying, or hate speech** of any kind. This includes racism, sexism, homophobia, or any form of discrimination. Violations of this rule will result in **immediate removal** from the server—no warnings given.

#### Roleplay Conduct

**Lost Souls Haven is a serious roleplay server.** All RP should be immersive, tasteful, and era-appropriate. Keep your RP **believable and grounded** within the 1870s setting—no supernatural themes or unrealistic behavior.

#### In-Character vs Out-of-Character (IC vs OOC)

**All conflicts should be roleplayed through.** If a rule-break or issue occurs during a scene, attempt to finish the RP without breaking character. Once you can exit the scene, **open a ticket** to escalate the issue to staff. **OOC arguments in voice or text chat will not be tolerated.** Keep it in-character or take it to the appropriate channels.

#### Weapon & Combat Rules

**All weapon interactions have consequences** and must be treated as real in-character actions. Reckless gunplay or violence without RP justification will be reviewed and may result in disciplinary action. 

#### Prohibited Content & Themes

The following topics are **strictly forbidden** in any form, including RP, discussion, or implication: Slavery, Erotic roleplay (ERP), Rape or sexual violence, Incest, Suicide or self-harm themes, Supernatural or fantasy elements.

#### Cheating & Exploits

The use of **glitches, exploits, or hacks** is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught using them will be **immediately removed** from the server.
