Dueling

Duels are a valid mechanic for resolving in-character conflicts or for engaging in light-hearted fun — when used appropriately.

Using Duels in County

Duels must be initiated through the F6 Radial Menu. All duels must be mutually agreed upon by both participants.

Recreational Duels

If dueling for fun with friends, you must:

• Go to a secluded, unpopulated area away from ongoing RP scenes.

• Avoid public spaces or locations where you may disrupt active roleplay.

Serious Roleplay Duels

Duels used to settle in-character disputes are permitted only if both parties agree.

• These types of duels must have serious in-character consequences, such as:

  • Permanent serious injury (e.g., losing a hand or eye)

  • Permadeath

It is strongly encouraged that you notify a staff member beforehand if a perma-death may occur.
