In Game Leadership Expectations

Players who hold leadership roles in the county—such as Gang Leaders, Law Enforcement Officials, and Government Representatives—are held to a higher standard in both roleplay and community conduct.

Expectations for Leaders:

• Clear and respectful communication at all times.

• Strong adherence to all server rules—you are expected to lead by example.

• High-quality and immersive roleplay that reflects the tone and standards of the server.

• Accountability for your actions and the influence your character/position holds over others.

Leadership positions carry weight and influence in shaping the county. With that comes greater responsibility to maintain a positive and engaging roleplay environment for all players.
