#### Important Notes:

Lost Souls Haven is **NOT pay-to-win**. All purchased items are cosmetic or designed to enhance your roleplay experience—not to give an in-game advantage.

**Supporter items are non-refundable** and tied to your active character.

If you are **permanently banned** from the server or **fail to log in for 60 days** (resulting in auto-purge), you **forfeit all supporter items**.
