Important Notes:

Lost Souls Haven is NOT pay-to-win. All purchased items are cosmetic or designed to enhance your roleplay experience—not to give an in-game advantage.

Supporter items are non-refundable and tied to your active character.

If you are permanently banned from the server or fail to log in for 60 days (resulting in auto-purge), you forfeit all supporter items.
