Illegal Contraband
The sale of illegal contraband (e.g., drugs) is meant to create immersive criminal roleplay, not to serve as a shortcut to wealth or disrupt server balance.
Roleplay-Driven Use Only
Illegal contraband sales are a tool for storytelling and RP, not a get-rich-quick scheme. All drug-related activity should lead to believable, quality roleplay scenarios.
Reasonable Distribution Scale
Players must maintain a realistic scale of drug trafficking. Large-scale operations with unreasonable frequency or that lack RP depth may be considered disruptive and are subject to consequences.
Economic Balance
Drugs must not be used to exploit the in-game economy. Selling large quantities purely for personal wealth or to unbalance the server is strictly prohibited.
Selling Without Law Presence
Repeatedly selling contraband while knowing law enforcement is off-duty may be seen as exploitative. Strive for balance—criminal activity should carry realistic risk and consequences.
Inventory and Powergaming
You must carry all drugs intended for sale on your character at the time of the sale. Storing drugs in your horse or wagon inventory while claiming to only have a small amount on you is considered powergaming and is not allowed.
Moonshine Still Placement Rule
Moonshine stills must not be placed within town limits or inside buildings behind locked doors. All stills should be located outside of towns, in remote or hidden areas, to reflect the illicit nature of moonshining and maintain fair gameplay. This ensures proper risk and discovery potential for law enforcement and promotes immersive roleplay. Stills found in violation of this rule are subject to removal, and repeat offenses may lead to disciplinary action.
Storm Timing Restrictions
Contraband sales are not allowed within 30 minutes before or after a storm.
