Masked Anonymity
Masked = Hidden Identity
When wearing a mask or face covering, your character’s identity is considered hidden for the purposes of voice recognition.
Do not metagame a masked character’s identity just because you recognize:
Their voice OOC
Their player name
Their typical behavior
You Can Still Be Profiled
Even while masked, your character may still be identified by:
Clothing or accessories
Weapons
Tattoos or scars
Horse, saddle, or known animal companions
Roleplay it out realistically—being masked does not make you invisible.
No 24/7 Masking to Avoid Consequences
Constantly masking to avoid RP consequences (e.g., law enforcement, retaliation) is not allowed. If your character wears a mask frequently, you must have a strong RP justification (such as being a wanted outlaw or under active threat).
Law Enforcement Authority
Law enforcement can request or demand mask removal in:
Towns
Investigations
During or after arrests
If you are arrested while masked, officers may use /me removes mask
. You are required to comply and remove your mask immediately.
No Instant Disguises
You may not immediately change clothes or hairstyle after committing a crime to avoid consequences.
However, you may use in-game commands to:
Remove or add clothing from your current outfit
Make reasonable adjustments without a full outfit change
